Utilizing our fleet of helicopters and highly trained crews, Leading Edge Aviation is poised to assist with disaster and humanitarian aid relief in the most challenging circumstances. Our teams and helicopters have deployed to various disaster zones across Southern Africa and the Far East including the Boxing Day Tsunami in Indonesia and more recently the 2019 Cyclone Idai floods in Zimbabwe and Mozambique. With lifting abilities up to 8000lbs in cargo nets slung underneath the helicopters and maximizing the internal capacity of our fuselages, we can transport medicines, medical equipment, food aid, water and essential emergency supplies to communities cut off by flood waters, fires, landslides or damaged infrastructure.
